Exercises to keep your Heart Healthy

Heart is a very important organ in our body without which our body won’t work so we can understand the importance of keeping it healthy because unhealthy heart would only lead to a life full of health problems.
Like other muscles, heart is also the one which grows healthier & stronger if an individual leads an active life. Individuals leading an active life have quite a few chances of getting any heart diseases compared to those who are inactive.

An individual exercising regularly, helps him burn calories, control blood pressure, lowers bad Cholesterol & improves good Cholesterol. For keeping your heart healthy, you don’t need to exercise very hard but a 30 minute walk would be enough.
So, now the next question what comes up is “How to start?”
I may personally suggest first you should explore yourself like how much fit you are? The next thing is that whether you want to join a gym or want to exercise at home. The best option is always to start with a small thing and then go up to the next level slowly like first an individual can start with just slow walking for 15 minutes at least 6 days a week and then after 1- 2 weeks and then start jogging at a slow speed and then should increase the speed according to your current health situation.
But before you start you should consult your doctor, as he will know what your current condition is and are you eligible for such a workout.
The next part is:
Different Exercises for Healthy Heart
The Exercises which should be included in your workout plan are as follows:
·        Before an individual starts anything, he should stretch his body as Stretching improves flexibility resulting in less pain after workout as when we start exercising newly we do get joint pains. So to prevent such problems an individual should stretch before starting any exercise.
·          Running, jogging, biking etc are the exercises which an individual should start with. Cardio is used to increase your heart rate but if you have any health issues while following them, then that person would opt for low intensity exercise like swimming etc.
·        An individual can also train himself using weights but it is totally optional depending on the choice. But doing Cardio is a must.
It is always a must to start with slow walking as there is a need to develop the stamina which takes a little time for beginners.
But the most important thing to remember is that if while exercising you feel dizzy, have chest pain, in such a case, you must stop and take rest and consult your doctor.
That is normal for an individual to have muscle pain in the beginning which will reduce with continuous and regular exercise.
